Thanks, I just modified your work. It all makes sense to me, but I don't really have to use Javascript (that is what I am using?) to call the the JmolAppletControl applet that is in the JmolApplet.jar do I? It is just easier to call a function a given number of times instead of writing out the <applet code...> </applet> stuff over and over again.
Mozilla 1.6 on Linux seems to work fine.
No suggestions as to why it wouldn't work on Mac OSX.
I did get a few 'null pointer exceptions' down in the windowing code when
I changed pages, but everything kept running. They look to me to be
platform-specific to Linux.
The null pointer stuff is related to the java applet and not the rest of the pages, right?
Q: Can you try deploying JmolApplet v10pre8 on your site? ... then I can
try to determine what behavior I am doing that is causing these bugs.
JmolApplet v10pre8 is now deployed on that site.
