with a few exceptions, if a command works in RasMol/Chime then it works the same way in Jmol. the best thing to do if you don't know the RasMol or Chime command language is to read the documentation: <http://www.openrasmol.org/doc/rasmol.html> <http://www.mdli.com/downloads/downloadable/index.jsp> so I suggest trying the RasMol/Chime command first. if it doesn't work, email the list and see if there are any issues with that particular command. I have volunteered, but not truly begun, to document the Jmol command language (which will eventually become a superset of RasMol/Chime commands). IT will be open to contributions from users, so I'll keep the list updated as to progress in this area. hope that helps, tim -- Timothy Driscoll molvisions - see, grasp, learn. <http://www.molvisions.com/> usa:north carolina:wake forest ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Oracle 10g Get certified on the hottest thing ever to hit the market...
