The documentation refers to the v9 release, the current official release.

Unfortunately, we do not have a good mechanism for distinguishing between
the v9 release and the v10 release on the web site.

I changed the mouse gestures in order to accomodate the (generally quite
vocal) members of the community who have been blessed/cursed with a single
mouse button.

I agree that it takes a little getting used to.

Angel, I think I have a better proposal ...

I will re-enable the shift right-mouse combination to be z-rotation ... it
won't conflict with anything.

Shift-left drag will stay the same ... so the Mac users can still have
some access to z rotation.

If anyone wants to undertake the task of cleaning up the documentation
that would be great.
