Now I am a little confused ... Are you using Jmol v9? There is some support for unit cell display in v10 ... perhaps not as much as v9. Please tell me what things you want. We hope to add more crystal functionaly over the next 6 months ... after v10 is officially released. We would appreciate your help in this process.
