On the popup menu there is a command
Select >> Protein >> Nonpolar Residues
In Jmol this is implemented in JmolPopupStructure.properties file in package org\openscience\jmol\ui
select protein and nonpolar
However, the RASMOL documentation I have read, does not support the token of "nonpolar" in its vocabualry. Instead we need to be using the operator "not" with the token "polar". So the menu command of nonpolar should invoke the script:
select protein and not polar
