Hi all, I'm very pleased to announce a new Jmol website, fully aimed at the users of Jmol: http://wiki.jmol.org/. Last week it was proposed to look at setting up a Wiki website, and after some attempts to setup a Wiki at the SourceForge website (which failed due to an out of date Python install), Oliver St�ker setup a Wiki website at the University of Paderborn where he's currently working (many thanx for that!). Miguel ensured that wiki.jmol.org pointed to Oliver's server. What's a Wiki? A Wiki is a relatively new concept on the WWW where visitors can edit the website as well (after registration). And thus, highly suited for a Jmol Community website, where Jmol users can share experiences discuss common platform problems, for example those configuration problems with Apple's JVM which lead to the proposal of setting up a Wiki. Registration is done by clicking 'UserPreferences' in the top right corner of the webpage. Don't feel afraid of deleting or messing up pages, because if you do, we can easily restore older version. Moreover, editing is really easy and messing up a page is very difficult anyway. Documentation on Wiki is found in the Jmol Wiki site too. So, please browse the page, add content, add experiences, etc...
