This doc looks very good. Just a few comments ...
Under moveto you say that it is a 'clockwise rotation'. Well, it is a clockwise rotation if you are looking at it from the origin, in the direction of the vector.
Perhaps you should say that it is a right-handed rotation ... if your thumb points in the direction of the vector then your fingers curl in the direction of the rotation.
And, I think that the little blue rotation arrow is incorrect. It seems to me that it is backwards.
moveTo also takes three other (optional) parameters. zoomValue specifies the final zoom percentage. xTranslation and yTranslation are consistent with RasMol/Chime ... the range is from -100 to 100.
show orientation will show these numbers.
Do some rotations, zooms, and translations (dbl-click drag) and then say 'show orientation'.
