Jmol version 10 pre-release 22 was released on Thu 2 Dec 2004.
* Fixed bug where measurements were not being rendered
* Fixed bug where angle measurement were sometimes not drawn
* Measurements will now automatically render in either white
or black, whichever contrasts most with your background color
* some internal code repackaging
