OK. I was using updated OSX 10.3.6 with Safari 1.2.4 v.125.12 and your jmol was pre21. I compared with Firefox and Opera.
1. Your demos all worked on Safari and Firefox.
2. Opera did not flip the dichlorcyclohexanes etc or allow a new problem.
3. The toggle buttons on Safari still were buggy. ie the new button had to be clicked twice before the old one toggled off.
4. Some of your static graphics were 'stretched' on Safari but not on Firefox. Perhaps this is an html problem relating to incorrect specification of dimensions and Firefox being more forgiving - I don't know.
