In particular, I would like to eliminate support for the following tags:
load frank debugscript
Each of these things can be handled as part of the 'script' parameter.
Frank and debugscript are things one may want to initialize before e.g. user-supplied pdb files, commands or scripts (as in Protein Explorer). So I think the elimination of the <param ...> forms is OK because I think one can always include a script to set these modes as part of the invocation of Jmol applet. I assume such a script runs before anything else. (I am being vague because I have never set up a Jmol page yet.)
