Miguel, Q: Are you running from the pdbbeta site in the US, or from a mirror in the UK? You indicated that you do not like using MSFT IE. But it would be useful for me to know whether or not IE has the same problem against the www.jmol.org site. Q: Does IE have the same issue (slow load + consume CPU + hang) when loading from www.jmol.org? Q: Is your IE using the MSFT JVM or the Sun Java Plugin ?
