The Jmol web site has a list of web links at http://www.jmol.org/websites I do not believe that there are currently any commercial entities listed. Many companies may not want to show their internal use of Jmol. Nevertheless, it would be helpful if they could give some type of 'endorsement' saying that they are successfully using Jmol.
