Hi all I haven´t been in this list in a long time. I am again trying to port existing Chime pages into Jmol. My question is: is there a way to save a script from Jmol application? (same as "save script etc" in Rasmol) The molecules load in a different orientation in Jmol vs. Chime, so I want to test the proper orientation in Jmol and then save the script for the applet.
