If they are all running the same JVM (Java plug-in) then I would expect
the behavior to be exactly the same ... the security is enforced by the
plugin, not the browser.

Someone should test on Win32 with the MSFT JVM.

OSX also needs testing, but I suspect Tim and/or Bob knows the answer.
