hi Rich,
I'm assuming that you mean atom colors according to the default "color by
element" scheme. Jmol uses a variant of the CPK scheme. if you have access to
the source, you can find the values in
Jmol-HEAD/src/org/jmol/viewer/JmolConstants.java, or I've pasted them below:
