If PPT is your only choice and you *are* on a Mac then I don't know if it can be made to play nice with Jmol. If you are using KeyNote then you can make any text a hyperlink and open up a browser window with Jmol in that window (turn web server on for your laptop, and have the site pages hosted on your laptob so you are not dependent on an internet connection).
