Hello, I
was wondering if there is a way to color the bonds of the structure instead of
the atoms. We have an application where we determine flexible and rigid regions
in biomolecules. The results tell us which bonds are rigid (can’t rotate)
and which bonds are flexible (can rotate). Since an atom can be incident with
both rigid and flexible bonds, we often have “half” colored bonds,
as most graphics programs require that information be mapped onto the atoms,
not the bonds. |
