Egon and I received the message below from the iBabel team. iBabel for Mac apparently includes the Jmol applet for visualization and JChemPaint for 2D structure drawing.
You Mac users should download it and take a look! http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=40728&package_id=113683 Miguel --------- Hi Miguel, Egon, The first complete version of iBabel is complete, It consists of a GUI for Openbabel (which needs to be installed separately) and a 2D/3D structure viewer using JMol and JChempaint. The iBabel application allows you to manipulate files, substructure search, overlay molecules, sort/select/merge structure files and of course view the structures. The JMOL and JChemPaint applets are included in the iBabel binary The application documentation and source code is available here http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=40728&package_id=113683 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by Yahoo.
