I think I am changing my position on some aspects of case sensitiviy ...

I simply made too many assumptions about case insensitivity. For example,
there are a large number of assumptions that amino acid residue names are
UPPER CASE.

There are some similar issues with insertion codes, although it is not as
pervasive.

So, I am going to restart the discussion ...

Q: In addition to 'chainID', are there any other fields that should be
case-sensitive?
