Please test and let me know if you encounter any problems.
besides disabling atom selection e.g.
select [GLN]128.CA
The fix for this is now checked in to cvs.
not yet on anonymous cvs, I'll try later.
after
set chainCaseSensitive on
there is no atom identifier echo on picking an atom with the mouse,
which was correct (but without %altLoc) after
set chainCaseSensitive off
I do not understand.
When I click on an atom the identification information echos to the script
console, regardless of whether chainCaseSensitive is on or off.
you are right.
This is a problem with the console display.
I'm starting Jmol with a JmolScript which load's the PDB file and does
some manipulations, my script console display was full of
... atoms selected
lines.
Now, directly trying to identify atoms by clicking sends the atom
identifier echo to the top of the output, which is outside of my view (I
only notice that the scroll bare gets shorter).
After the first command I typed in to the script console, the picking
echo goes to the bottom of the script console. I have been mislead by
this behavior. I think, this writing on top after script, writing to the
bottem after the first manual input should be altered.
