The isoviz software is public domain, so we might be able to add support for other formats too? More specifically, from the README.linux: ============================================= INSTALL ======= 1. If you want to support a hdf input type. compile with the HDF4.1r4 2. simple! just make gaussian94 cube format -- cube2fp,fp2hdf -> *.hdf -- isovis -> *.obj/*.r3d - you can see the obj format with the javaview. - 3D Slicer is useful for viewing a HDF file type. TODO ==== 1. gaussian94 cube support. 2. gamess cube support. Changelog ========= by [EMAIL PROTECTED] ============================================= So it seems to support guassian94 too... ?
