I'm not sure what kind of problem you had with 10.00.32

I just downloaded it again and it worked OK for me. Please try again

The polyhedra command is complicated

You need to say 'polyhedra bonds' in order to construct polyhedra based
upon the bonding information.

The 'polyhedra' command all by itself *does* have a meaning. It sets the
current polyhedra to be all ... for subsequent use by the 'color polyhedra
<color-specification>' command.


I will send you a more detailed writeup of 'polyhedra' on jmol-developers.
