I'm sure > I saw > it work there before.... The polyhedra command is complicated You need to say 'polyhedra bonds' in order to construct polyhedra based upon the bonding information. The 'polyhedra' command all by itself *does* have a meaning. It sets the current polyhedra to be all ... for subsequent use by the 'color polyhedra <color-specification>' command. I will send you a more detailed writeup of 'polyhedra' on jmol-developers.
