Jurgen, Try this and see if it is 'good enough' load "1CRN.pdb"; spacefill off; wireframe off; cartoon on; ssbonds 0.2; set ssbonds backbone; color ssbonds yellow; # looks like a bug - I should not have to do this I realize that the bonds to not extend all the way to the cartoon, but the effect may be close enough. Tell me what you think.
