agreement with your mental model of how this should work.

Please work Bob + Tim + others to reach agreement on the most desirable

10.00.48 agrees with my concept of how these commands should work as well. (I did not know about 'set bonds' in either Chime or Jmol, so thank you for pointing that out - sorry if it muddled the discussion somewhat.)

Bob, I will get back to you about your most recent proposal, but can't until later this evening...
