Hi -

I'm one of the developers working on the integration of Jmol into Moodle, as already discussed on this list by Geoff.

Firstly, massive thanks to the team who created Jmol - it really is an amazing achievement. The rendering speed is magnificent.

One question: Bob Hanson writes "I would recommend updating your version of Jmol.js. You are using one from 2004." The version we are currently including is Jmol 10.00, which according to the Sourceforge project page is the latest stable release. 10.00.48 is available for download, but it is labelled as a "prerelease test".

I don't want to distribute prerelease versions of software, especially when I'm not involved in the software and don't have any history of debugging it, so I'd much prefer to stick to stable versions. Is a new one scheduled for release any time soon?

Thanks
Dan Stowell
