I think it's not very complex but I am not familiar with pdb format.
You have to enclose each model in MODEL / ENDML tags (or something like
this)
Check the users mailing list archive for posts about this.
If it's just for displaying several models in Jmol, you can try the
prerelease version, the load command can read several files.
If I remember correctly, it's load <name> "filename1" ... "filenameN"
