This, I believe is a browser/Live Connect problem.
What is your experience with, say, the pages in
http://www.stolaf.edu/people/hansonr/jmol/docs/examples
or the pop-up windows from
http://www.stolaf.edu/people/hansonr/jmol/docs
?

A decent test page is at

I was trying to look at the above example page but when I click on the
links nothing happens. Looking at my Javascript console I see:
Error: applet.getPropertyAsJSON is not a function
Source File:
http://www.stolaf.edu/people/hansonr/jmol/test/json/Jmol-new.js
Line: 923
and
Error: applet.script is not a function
Source File:
http://www.stolaf.edu/people/hansonr/jmol/test/json/Jmol-new.js
Line: 264
I'm running Firefox 1.0.4, JDK 1.5, Fedora Core 4.
Is there something I need to install/setup? - I haven't kept up with the
browser/jdk requirements for the applet :(
