In general a server-absolute address is needed if a page is supposed to
work correctly also if it is saved locally on the client computer. This
would not apply to the unsigned appled anyway. I don't know if it would
work if the signed applet was used. I mainly voted for the switch
because 'Doc-root-relative' currently is not allowed.
