Dear All, I tried to introduce residue names and residue numbers in the CML file format to be able to display the corresponding structures.
I found this: http://dirac.cnrs-orleans.fr/fsatom_wiki/StructuralData Residue names and numbers are set like this in the CML format: cmlx:residue="ALA" cmlx:resnumber="1" -1 However, if I introduce cmlx:residue="ALA" cmlx:resnumber="1" in the CML format, Jmol does not display the structure... -2 Now, if I only use residue="ALA" cmlx:resnumber="1", Jmol displays the structure but it is not clear Jmol understands the residue name and residue numbers. I found no information about residue names and numbers in Sample/cml (Jmol.10.00 distribution). Does Jmol recognize residue names and numbers in CML file format ?
