Nico,

That sounds like an excellent feature for Bioclipse using CDK
functionality. Let me know if you are interested in writing up the hack,
and me and Egon can help you get started.

Why using CDK and not directly Jmol features ?
Jmol should now be able to read several files as one (this feature still needs testing and enhancements), it's one command.

I could help writing something in Bioclipse, but just not right now.
Currently, I am working on putting Jmol applets in Wikipedia.

Hi,

is there a tool to merge 100 pdb files into one multi-model file?
I have these 100 files that result from some molecular dynamic computations made on a protein, and I'd like to anim it in Jmol.
