[Jmol-users] how to prevent bonds between atoms of different (conflicting) chains

Hi, Can someone please remind me of how to prevent Jmol from producing covalent bonds between neighboring atoms of different protein chains? (In this case, the chains overlap each other due to alternate, mutually exclusive conformations of the chains being present in the same file).
