well, no other selection operations are model-restricted by default,
right? in other words, if I say
select all
spacefill
then all atoms in all models would be spacefilled (even though they
may not be visible).
based on this behavior, I would say within() should do just what it
does now. in other words, I don't think it is a bug. :-)
