I didn't mention it because it only works in the prototype; the bonding is all messed up in 10.2 in this experimental load business. You can try it..... But the fix is already done, just on the list somewhere.

As Bob has pointed out, you can only load one file, so two proteins must be in the same file --can do it by hand or with some software.



Not entirely true. There's an *experimental* feature in Jmol to read several 
files. IIRC:
load name "file 1" "file 2" ... "file n"

It's not finished but you can always try it.
