Q: What is your motivation for being able to capture the screen as an ima= ge? Just would be more user friendly to have a button that saved image as jpeg or whatever to save all that pasting and cropping. This is for my MRes project so the nicer it looks and is to use hopefully the better marks I'll get but alt print screen will work fine.
Q: Why not use the Jmol application? The data comes from an online database of protien binding site comparisons(http://www.bioinformatics.leeds.ac.uk/sb/ jmol view not yet online to users outside leeds) so needs to be an applet as is externally accessed by users but all the extra options of the applications would be great if I could use them.
