Jmol users: Please test the new documentation pop-up examples.
http://www.stolaf.edu/academics/chemapps/jmol/docs/ I've abandoned the idea of writing the whole page via JavaScript and instead now just load a template <http://www.stolaf.edu/academics/chemapps/jmol/docs/popupTemplate.htm> with the various fields. I'm particularly interested in reports from those Mac folks who have been missing out on these pop ups. Please try the "atom expressions" example. Q: Did the page load? Q: Did the page title change to reflect that particular example? Q: Did the list and textbox areas load? Q: Did the model load? Q: Did the data under the applet change soon after the model displayed? Q: Does the "EXECUTE" button work? Q: Do the script links work? Q: Do the links under the applet work, perhaps to load one of your own models? (I think maybe this is not working on Internet Explorer/Windows) If any answer to the above is NO, then any feedback in the way of Java or JavaScript console reports would be helpful. Thanks.
