I think both options are reasonable, but I tend to prefer keeping the 
name as Jmol.js.

Not some, but many!  But, as far as I know, all present in v10.2 are 
also in 11.0, so no problme with existing code.

The applet files could be mixed up unadvertedly. I think anyone will 
change the full set of files in one go, little chance to do wrong.

Yes, like editing several dozen pages --even automatically--. This 
works also the other way round: they can rename to Jmol-11.js if they 
wish. Not-so-experienced users will benefit from less change.

Yes, we have to cope with that anyway. Some of those revisions are on 
their way. Suggestions are welcome, by the way. E.g., anything that 
would be interesting to move from the wiki?
