Reasons to drop it: 1. JME can just as well output MOL files. 2. We don't support it fully. 3. It's mostly a 2D format, not a 3D format. 4. It's very simple, which might sound good, but what that really means is that it can't be detected properly. It's currently just being read as the default file type for anything that has a blank or missing 2nd line, which is misleading.
