I am trying to adapt the V11-beta vibration demo (where it dynamically builds a drop down menu with the vibration info) to read Gaussian .log files rather than SMOL files. In the V10.2 Jmol application, I can read in the .log file and access the vibration info so I know the info is there. I can successfully read in the SMOL file into my demo adaptation so it seems nothing has gone wrong in the adaptation. However, when I read in the Gaussian .log file, I get the error that the auxiliaryInfo.vibFreqs is NULL.
Is there doc anywhere on this? Pointers to where I could look around in the source code? Any info greatly appreciated!
