Alan, thanks again for your pointing this out. Comments below -- four
ideas below. In brief -- you found a bug, and the fixed jar files at
http://www.stolaf.edu/academics/chemapps/jmol/docs/examples-11 are now
uploaded.

1) OK, with the new capabilities for load that I set up for Pat, I would
recommend changing this to

load y12367.cif {444 666 1}

This keeps the unit cell at 0 0 0, and there is no need to move it in
each frame. So that takes care of that. The unit cells should appear
automatically in each frame.

2) That's because there was a bug that affected any application using
"frame 0". It's fixed and is uploading now.

3) I recommend putting your long (and truly outstanding) script into a
.spt file and then just on any page using:

   .... load thefile.cif {444 666 1};script hewat.spt;

An advantage of this (I think) is that those script command will then
not appear in the user's console command history. All they will see is

load thefile.cif {444 666 1}
script hewat.spt

Right now they are seeing the full list of script commands.

4) This is just the very ancient list of options; you tell me what you
want there, and I will get it in. I believe this is all set up now for
USER-DEFINED custom dynamic menus as well. Could be interesting? Maybe
using the "data" command.

This was just my mistake. Nothing you did.
