Primary additions
there include:
zoomTo [time-sec] [(atom expression) or {x y z}] [zoom setting]
where
[time-sec] is in seconds (decimal)
(atom expression) is any valid selection, in parentheses
{x y z} is a coordinate, possibly fractional
[zoom-setting] is one of:
5-200000 # an absolute zoom
+x or -x # an incremental zoom
*x or /x # a zoom factor
all parameters are optional;
zoomTo # by itself does a *2 zoom
zoomTo OUT # does a /2 zoom
zoomTo is now implemented also with set picking center.
When the user clicks on an atom, that atom becomes the center, and
if(windowCentered), then that atom SMOOTHLY pans to the center of the
window. (Before this, it jumped.) if(not windowCentered), then the atom
becomes the center of rotation, but all you see is a bit of perspective
change as the "lens" focuses on it.
If the user clicks on the SAME ATOM twice in a row, since the atom is
already centered, it smoothly zooms *2. Clicking OFF THE STRUCTURE
zooms out by a factor of 2.
zoom is implemented the same way, except:
zoom #by itself turns zoom on
zoom OFF #turns zoom off
and there is no [time-sec] option.
