Did this get fixed? I still have a problem in 10.9.83 with "set picking SELECT 
SITE" and "set picking SELECT ELEMENT" selecting invisible atoms in 
contradiction to the doc.

BTW I complained to Crystallographica about their use of _eof to end CIFs
