Pat, you're doing great! What fun. Here are some interesting commands to 
try:

load "" {444 666 1}; display within(molecule,atomno=35) or 
within(5.0,within(molecule,atomno=35))
select not within(molecule,atomno=35);color translucent
connect 2.3 (within(molecule,atomno=35)) (not 
within(molecule,atomno=35)) hbond

It would be interesting to tabulate those hbonds and then compare to 
what SHELX gives.
