Unless I'm being too naive, you have to change this:
1) You are calling Jmol-new.js but you have Jmol.js
2) Instead of jmolInitialize(".","/JmolAppletSigned0.jar")
use
jmolInitialize("./",true)
3) I would remove all slashes before filenames. You usually should
use relative paths, and this gives an absolute path.
You need to have not only JmolAppletSigned0.jar, but the full set (0
to 6)
