Has anybody played around with drawing spheres using the isosurface command? It works fine for me until I try and draw a sphere with a radius less than about 0.5 Angstroms, at which point "holes" appear in the sides.
Example command: isosurface myCenter sphere 0.4 Perhaps Jmol was not designed to draw small isosurface spheres, but I want to draw "psuedo-atoms" that are about the same size as the atoms in a ball-and-stick representation.
