All measurements are dynamic. Right now the only syntax I've developed
for adding a measurement to a message is

{...}.distance{....}

But we could imagine:

{...}.angle{....}.angle{....}

or

{...}.torsion{....}.torsion{...}.torsion{...}

This would allow these to be inserted in any echo or message.

Simple enough. Today I'm implementing full-precedence arithmetic into
SET and IF. Should be fun.
