Hi Steffi,
To have two structures in one applet, use this command:
load "myfiles" "filename1.pdb" "filename2.pdb"
the word myfiles stands for any any word you choose to name the file
set you are loading.
The files do not have to be pdb files, I just used that as an example.
the filenames do have to appear with double quotes around them.

To display both structures and rotate them together, use the command
file 0
There are other commands that enable you to display and rotate them
singly, but I am not sure where to direct you for the documentation -
perhaps someone else can supply that.
