Hello,

I integrated Jmol via a SmarterJmoladapter into my Java Applet to
show Pdb-Files with certain Surface Descriptors. I employ the Draw
Command with Evalstringquiet to draw points of the Surface i
compute directly from the PDB-File and i am very content with the
   performance Jmol gives me.

But now I have this issue of not being able to use the Context
Menu. The Jmol - Logo appears in the right lower corner, but a
right-Click doesnt open the menu. Zooming and rotating works,
though. I worked around this by making my own Context menu with
common commands, that i inject into jmol via evalstringquiet, but
there certainly has to be a way to unleash the full power of Jmol
into my applet? For i only integrated the most basic commands.

Can somebody help me on this? Any pointers would be appreciated.

Sincerely
Frederik
