hbonds -- I'm not seeing this problem at http://www.stolaf.edu/academics/chemapps/jmol/docs/examples-11/new.htm
load 1dry hbonds calculate and then a click to create a new resizable applet definitely shows the hbonds. which isosurface is not showing? I'm seeing them show up in the saved state, at least in the preliminarly Jmol 11.1.28 on the St. Olaf site. Can you be more specific?
