Great idea....Not in 11.2. Feature request. But "display" won't be the mechanism, because that very specifically only operates on atoms. It will have to be some modification of the isosurface command that incorporates the same "within(-999,plane, z=2)" idea, applying the concept to the isosurface points rather than the atoms. Perhaps a "slab" parameter in isosurface.
