Bob, How hard would it be to make bonds 'first class citizens' of Jmol? By this I mean being able to do all the things with bonds that we can do with atoms e.g. label, pick, hover labels, that sort of thing?
Can I do it already and I am just too stupid to realise? I'd like to be able to label my bonds, have those labels disappear when the bonds do. I'd also like to be able to pick bonds and trigger a callback when that happens. Whaddya reckon?
